Methodology & safety

Evidence for a conversation — not a verdict about people.

Team Lab combines three workplace lenses. Deterministic scoring creates the result; AI may help explain aggregated patterns, but it never decides who a person is or what employment decision should be made.

Facilitator-led by design
01

Team Health

Shows how participants currently experience clarity, trust, communication, autonomy, feedback, recognition, workload and growth. It describes this team at this point in time.

  • ✓Aggregated experience
  • ✓Distribution, not only an average
  • ✓Useful for prioritising discussion
02

Team DNA

Maps preferences in common work situations, such as acting quickly or gathering more evidence. Both ends of an axis can be useful. The map is not a personality test.

  • ✓Workplace preferences
  • ✓No fixed types
  • ✓Differences become discussion material
03

Perception Mirror

Compares selected observable workplace behaviours across self and others where the confidentiality threshold is met. It must not be used to rank employees.

  • ✓Behaviours, not character
  • ✓Threshold-protected aggregation
  • ✓Hidden contribution and perception gaps
04

Responsible boundaries

Do not use Team Lab for recruitment, disciplinary decisions, clinical diagnosis or identifying an anonymous respondent. Pause the process if the group cannot discuss results safely.

  • ✓Humans interpret and decide
  • ✓Hypotheses must be tested in conversation
  • ✓Serious concerns require the right specialist route

The facilitator is part of the method.

Access is granted to delivery partners and organisations with an approved internal facilitator. A software subscription alone does not unlock Team Lab.
