The campaign limit covers scheduled and active surveys and reviews together. Completed campaigns free up capacity for the next ones. The AI limits in this table apply to template creation.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any fees. There are no long-term commitments. Your data will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
You can import your company structure from CSV/XLSX. For Enterprise plans, we offer dedicated rollout support.
Yes. Connections to the platform are encrypted (TLS), data is stored in the European Union in line with GDPR, and we back it up daily to a separate store. Response anonymity is protected by k-anonymity.
Yes — you can export reports and results to CSV or PDF, and under GDPR you have full access to your data and can request a complete copy at any time.
After 14 days you can't start new processes without a plan. Processes with a deadline run to the end, and automated ones (recurring, onboarding, offboarding) wait for you to choose a plan. Reports and data stay in your account. Nothing is charged automatically.
All plans include email support — we respond on business days, usually the same day. Professional and Enterprise get priority, and Enterprise additionally has a dedicated rollout advisor.
We keep track of that for you. The system counts how often each person has already been asked — surveys and reviews together — and warns you before you send another invitation. The decision stays yours; we only show the cost.
